Where we ship.

We ship within the United States. If you are somewhere else and you want a copy, write to us through the contact page and we will tell you the moment that changes.

When your order leaves.

The Year of You is a preorder. Every preorder ships the week of 15 November 2026, well before the new year. You are charged when you order, and you will get an email with tracking on the day your planner goes out.

Every order is packed by hand. If you chose This is a gift and wrote a note, it is tucked inside the box.

What shipping costs.

Standard shipping in the United States is $8, and free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. You will see both options at checkout.

How long it takes.

Once your order is with the carrier, the delivery window is theirs, and it stretches around holidays. Your tracking email shows where it is at every step.

If something goes wrong.

If your order arrives damaged, or the carrier says it was delivered and it is not there, write to us through the contact page within seven days. Send a photo if there is damage. We will make it right.

Changing your address.

We can change a shipping address any time before the order leaves. After that it belongs to the carrier, so tell us as early as you can.
