Refund policy

The short version.

Thirty days from the day it arrives. Unused, with nothing written in. You cover return postage, and we refund the price of the item.

Preorders.

You can cancel a preorder any time before it ships, for a full refund. No reason needed. Write to us through the contact page, choose help with an order, and include your order number.

Returns after it arrives.

You have thirty days from delivery. The item needs to be in the condition it arrived in, which for a planner means nothing written in and no pages colored.

Write to us through the contact page with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return postage is yours. The original shipping charge is not refunded.

When the money comes back.

Once your return reaches us, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days more to show it.

If it arrived damaged or wrong.

That one is ours, not yours. Write to us within seven days with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund including shipping, and you do not need to send anything back unless we ask.

What we cannot take back.

Anything used, written in, or colored.
