Ten chapters, ten days each, progressing from the outside in. She starts with what she wears and ends with who she is. No urgency. No pressure. Just one small, specific thing per day.

The first nudge of every day is observational. It invites her to notice a pattern, a preference, or a truth about herself she may have been moving too fast to see.
